14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

For stock (non-bespoke) items bought online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  
  

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

• We cover all return and redelivery costs in these cases.

  
  

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products

Custom or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned once a 50% deposit has been paid and production has begun.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

All orders are delivered directly by our team to ensure a smooth and reliable service. Please note that in-store collection is not available.

Stock items: Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location, with delivery typically arranged from same day up to 10 working days.

Bespoke items: Delivery times will vary depending on the product, customisation requirements, and production schedule. Estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Where required, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time that suits your availability.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery attempt is missed and a further delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
