14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

For stock (non-bespoke) items bought online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  
  

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

• We cover all return and redelivery costs in these cases.

  
  

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products

Custom or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned once a 50% deposit has been paid and production has begun.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

• All orders are delivered directly by us (no in-store collection available).

• Stock items: delivery from next working day up to 10 working days, depending on availability and location.

• Bespoke items: delivery time varies based on the product and level of customisation. Estimated timelines will be confirmed when you order.

• You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time where required.

  
  

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If redelivery is required due to missed delivery, additional charges may apply.
